Is ejaculation normal after implant?
• In MPP It takes more time for ejaculation as your sensitivity is decreased a lot compared to normal.
• In case of IPP still you will preserve your original sensation as it does not cause much damage to corpora and does not causes erosion of corpora. Hence, ejaculation will be same as earlier.
Difference between
• Single piece (malleable): only cylinders at corpora cavernosa
• piece (AMS Ambicore): pump at scrotum and cylinders at corpus cavernosa
• 3 pieces: pump, cylinders, and reservoir at retropubic space
Is there any problem in conceiving baby?
o No problem in conceiving baby, no matter which implant. Both MPP and IPP does the job.
Will my partner know about implant?
• In case of IPP: Partner will never know, as you pump it while foreplay, she will not notice and after the job you can deflate it and conceal it. Penis will be flaccid during normal day activities.
• In case of MPP: Partner will catch u sooner or later, as it is erect all the time. Because it is extremely difficult to hide 24*7 hard erection with partner, it looks suspicious. Better tell her, so that she can understand your problem and help in concealing it throughout the day wherever u go.

• MPP: intercourse is possible but sensation is much less compared to natural. May be sensation is 50% of the natural sensation. No sensation in corporal region. Only sensation in glans.

You can try all position, as long as penis is inside vaginal canal. But try of avoid women on top, because at any time penis can slip from vaginal canal and weight of women can exert on penis, which can hurt the penis and implant.
