Which is the best implant in malleable?

This is a common question of people from indian Subcontinent where there is no insurance for penile implants. Since, they can't easily afford 3 piece, they are looking for easier option, but eventually turning thier life into hell, with permanent erection of malleable implants.

There are different brands of malleable implants.

But none of the Malleable implants are good, if you are having normal life style.

You can go for malleable only if you are having sedentary life style, where you are sitting on chair or sleeping on bed throughout the day.

Coloplast Malleable is okay only if you are having sedentary life, according to many people's experience 

Rest of the Malleable implants, are bad all together, forget above active live, you can't even have peace with sedentary life.

In otherwords, go for coloplast malleable, if your age is above 60 or 7 or you are old and having sedentary life.

In USA even people at 70s also opt for inflatable only, because they want to jogg daily and want to be fit and want to live normal life.

I don't have money for 3 piece, so, I'm thinking of malleable implant. Is it a wise decision? Or being foolish?

Not having enough Money is the hinderance to have implants in Indian Subcontinent, where penile implants are not covered by insurance. Many people, asks questions  like, I don't have money for 3 piece, so.whivh is the best implant in malleable. Now, read carefully.. If money is the concern, then don't have malleable implant, because it affects your career as you can't conceal in white collar formal dress and can't work hard if you are having blue collar job. Only, stupid people opt for something like permanent erection and inviting problems related to permanent erection, just to save money. Bottom line: If money is the concern, Don't waste money on malleable.  Save and earn for inflatable or 3 Piece, untill then don't have implant.
